Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls The role involves: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
