Scullery hand • Tureta, Sokoto State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tureta, Sokoto State. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
