Short order cook wanted in Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Monroe County, Mississippi. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
