Great opportunity: we are hiring a dogger in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a power plant. The role involves: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
