Gas metal arc welder wanted in Imperial County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Imperial County, California. You will work at an automobile body shop. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
