We are recruiting: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Van Buren County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms 2+ years on the tools preferred.
