Urgent requirement: tig welder (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tig welder in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On the job you will handle: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
