Sausage maker wanted in Rio Grande County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Rio Grande County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
