Meat trimmer wanted in Mitchell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Mitchell County, North Carolina. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 5+ years on the tools preferred.
