Safety marshal wanted in Owyhee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Owyhee County, Idaho. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Full-time, day shift.
