Pot washer • Green County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Green County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
