Dough maker wanted in Sawyer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Overtime paid at a premium rate.
