Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Cass County, Nebraska. You will be based in a shopfront glazing company. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves The role involves glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install toughened and laminated safety glass.
