Join our team: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Menominee County, Michigan. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On a typical shift you will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
