Grill cook • Igbo-Eze-South, Enugu State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Igbo-Eze-South, Enugu State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
