Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Alleghany County, North Carolina. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
