Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Wheeler County, Georgia. You will be based in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Full-time, day shift.
