Grill cook — Allen Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Allen Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts.
