Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Clinton County, New York. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
