We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Carter County, Kentucky. The job is at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls 1+ years on the tools preferred.
