Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Amite County, Mississippi. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
