Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Marion County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 1+ years on the tools preferred.
