Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Gwiwa, Jigawa State. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On a typical shift you will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands.
