Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Staffordshire, England. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
