Natural stone fabricator — Bland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Bland County, Virginia. You will be based on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
