UPVC window fitter — Okaloosa County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Okaloosa County, Florida. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
