Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Union County, Kentucky. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
