Cnc setter-operator • Isabella County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Isabella County, Michigan. You will work in a job-work machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
