Milling machinist • Lewis County, Idaho

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Lewis County, Idaho. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Overtime paid at a premium rate.
