Scaffolding charge hand — Kittson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Kittson County, Minnesota. You will work at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
