Safety officer • Tipton County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Tipton County, Indiana. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day-to-day duties: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Full-time with occasional weekends.
