Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
