Panel wireman — City of Fredericksburg

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel wireman in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB What we are looking for: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
