You should have: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg You will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off.
