Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Archer County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
