Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly technician in Orange County, Vermont. Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S You will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
