Plasterer wanted in Tazewell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer in Tazewell County, Illinois. You will be based at a new-build housing development. You will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
