Stainless steel welder — Beadle County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Beadle County, South Dakota. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On the job you will handle: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle 6+ years on the tools preferred.
