We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
