Mason's helper — Guadalupe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mason's helper in Guadalupe County, New Mexico. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Physically fit and comfortable working at height 6+ years on the tools preferred.
