UPVC door and window fabricator — Umu-Nneochi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. You will work on a window-and-door production line. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame.
