PVC window assembler wanted in Oxfordshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Oxfordshire, England. What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Your main tasks: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
