Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator in Beaufort County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Rotating shifts.
