Bread and bun maker wanted in Nelson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nelson County, North Dakota. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
