You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers.
