On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
