We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Morrill County, Nebraska. The job is on a window-and-door production line. Your main tasks: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
