Vacancy available: counterbalance forklift operator (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Bennington County, Vermont. The job is at a busy distribution centre. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner Your main tasks: • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Assist with stock takes and cycle counting • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner • Operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
