Lift installation engineer wanted in Stutsman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day to day you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
