Oven operator • Vale of Glamorgan, Wales

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
